Career & Technical Education

Del Valle ISD is working to provide all students with relevant educational experiences that will help students grow and develop from Pre-K to Career. One of the ways DVISD does this is with a robust Career and Technical Education (CTE) program. Career and Technical Education programs offer students the ability to learn specialized skills in trades, applied sciences, modern technologies, and career preparation. Cardinal Connection

GT Field Trip 5/21!

Gifted & Talented Program students are invited to attend a field trip this year to the LBJ Presidential Library!  Students will enjoy a guided tour of the library & museum, & stop for lunch in the cafe. Students can bring their own money for lunch or we will provide a sack lunch from the school, including drink.  Students must have a signed permission slip (front office or print here). Sweethearts Show!

DVMS Sweethearts Dance Team and Dance Department Spring Show Friday, May 10, 7pm.   Doors open at 6:30. Pre-sale tickets are $3,  at the door tickets are $5. Children 5 years and under are $1. We will have a fully stocked concession stand and t-shirts for sale. Come out and enjoy a fantastic night of dancing in our final show of the year. We hope to see you there!

 
 

NJHS Game Night 5/17!

S.A.F.E.R. Opening Friday!

Join us Friday, 5/10/19 at 4:15 pm in Portable 8 for the Grand Opening of the S.A.F.E.R. Program, designed to help with issues of poverty, hunger, homelessness, and more.  The Student and Family Extra Resources Program (“S.A.F.E.R.”) is opening to DVMS students and families by sharing donated items at no cost!  We welcome your donations of time and items.  Questions?
